How We Work With Landlords
Every property has one dedicated manager who knows it well and reports to the landlord regularly. We start with a free assessment of the property, explain honestly whether a short let, serviced accommodation or a standard tenancy will suit it best, and only then agree how we will manage it. There are no upfront fees to get started.
