What Happens in Your Consultation

Your consultation is free and there’s no obligation. In it, one of our property specialists will:

1. Learn about your property: location, size, layout, furnishing and current use
2. Look at demand and comparable listings nearby, using the same data that drives our PriceLabs pricing
3. Give you a realistic projection of what the property could earn as a managed short let or serviced accommodation
4. Explain how management works, what we handle and what you’d need in place, such as lease, mortgage and insurance permissions
5. Answer your questions, and tell you honestly if another option would suit you better

What to Have Ready

You don’t need to prepare anything. If you have them to hand, these help us give you a more accurate projection:

• The property address or postcode
• The number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• Whether it’s furnished, and its current status (empty, tenanted or owner-occupied)
• A few photos
